The ACT/223 features five insulation test voltages up to 1000V, measuring insulation resistance up to 20 GΩ.

It includes a 200 mA low-ohms earth-bond continuity test, alongside Polarisation Index (PI) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) measurements.

Built for the demanding conditions of the UK fire alarm industry, the rugged ACT/223 comes complete with a protective rubber holster to help withstand accidental drops on-site. Its large, backlit LCD screen ensures crystal-clear readability inside dark ceiling voids or poorly lit rooms. An automatic 10-minute power-off feature prevents unexpected battery drain. Every unit comes fully equipped with a durable nylon carrying case, a premium test lead set with detatchable crock clips, and 4x Alkaline AA batteries ready for immediate deployment.
