We understand having your equipment unavailable is an expense, inconvenience, as well as costing you your valuable time, so each and every piece of your equipment is assigned to an individual Job Manager, who will ensure the entire process is monitored personally and that you are kept up-to-date on progress.
We will even send you a timely reminder when the equipment is due recalibration.
Not only are we best placed to service, repair and recalibrate our own brand of unique of equipment, be that a 40 year old "ACT Checkmate" (the world`s first radio linked test meter), a 20 year old industry standard ACT/3000 multimeter, or even the very latest "ACT/260" precision TRMS Milliamp Clamp Meter, but also test equipment from almost every other global brand. We undertake calibration and repairs on equipment by all major manufacturers including Brymen, Megger, Seaward, Tenma, Fluke, Metrel, Kewtech, Di-Log, Martindale, ExTech, Chauvin Arnoux, RS Pro and Uni-T.
With over 5,000 procedures set up for various test equipment, we`re ready to start work immediately - not hanging around waiting for an OEM to reply to our information requests.

Calibration prices are extremely competitive and turnaround (averaging 3 working days from receipt) is one of the fastest on offer. Customers will receive a printed calibration certificate, detailing tests carried out and results. The service is traceable to UKAS / National Standards with Certification and results conforming to BS EN5781.
All calibration services are at low fixed costs, but in the rare event your equipment requires physical repair, we will offer a quotation and estimated timeframe for your approval prior to commencing work.
We also collect and deliver nationwide. Our service is designed to fit around you with fixed rates and speedy turnaround times. Simply pack your equipment and contact us with the collection details and we will take care of the rest.

Return Delivery
We will return you calibrated equipment by courier service at a charge of £6.50 + VAT per package. Alternatively, if you`re in the area and your equipment is ready, you can collect it.
